Healthy Eating


After indulging too much this weekend I was definitely ready to get back on track with my eating this morning.  I had a Formula 1 Meal Replacement Shake Vanilla with Frozen Fruit for breakfast and Cookies and Cream with banana and Peanut butter for lunch.  I feel very satisfied and not starving.  It feels good to have just the right amount of protein and energy.  I had alot of energy when I went to play volleyball today.  I feel great and several women commented that I was really energetic and played volleyball really well today.  I also ate an Herbalife Citrus Lemon Deluxe Protein Bar right before Volleyball.
