One of my favorite Meal Replacement Shake recipes is:
1 cup almond milk
2 scoops Formula 1 Vanilla Shake mix
1/4 lemon (including rind)
1 handful of spinach
1/2 - 3/4 cup of frozen fruit
1/2 frozen banana
ice if it needs any more thickening
Be sure to blend it really well so you dont have lemon peel bits in there.
