Thursday, quick update...

Yesterday I finally connected with a childhood friend of mine. She was excited and ready to get her unwanted pounds off! She got started on the Quickstart Program!

Gluten Free

I spoke with someone today that has a wife and a daughter that are gluten free.  I sold him the Herbalife Formula 1 Meal Replacement Shake Allergen Free Vanilla.  He was happy that we had something to accomodate them.  He wants to lose 30 pounds.

Friday, quick update...

I had a Repeat customer today stocking up on Herbalife products for her trip. She wants to eat healthy while she is gone and she is preparing also by taking in the information from the WLC talk on Dining Out.

Favorite Shake Recipe

My favorite shake right now is the Herbalife Dulce De Leche meal replacement shake mix with a frozen banana and a handful of spinach and 1/4 cup walnuts.
